Value chain of lithium:

LITIOMX

Mexican company that was created through a decree signed by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador on August 23, 2022.

Its specific task is to oversee the exploration, exploitation, benefit, and utilization of lithium located in national territory, as well as the administration and control of the economic value chains of said mineral.

In 2024, it will receive its first budget as an entity.
